The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers a high-performance, commercial-grade cooking solution for professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide frame and a 37” high cooking top, this range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with durable stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting strength and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator provide convenient control, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure reliable operation.

This model comes with (4) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners (Burner Option 3), designed for efficient heat distribution with a specialized port arrangement. These burners provide exceptional performance, allowing for even cooking across the entire burner surface.

For grilling, the 36” Charbroiler (available on either the left or right side) includes removable cast iron grates, perfect for searing meats and vegetables.

The convection ovens (Model A) are powered by 32,000 BTU NAT and offer a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). With a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, the ovens can accommodate full-sized pans in multiple configurations. They come equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, along with a 1/2 hp motor that operates at 1710 rpm, 60 cycles, 115V AC, offering high efficiency and protection against overload. An On/Off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when necessary.

The range is also fitted with a stainless steel cabinet base (Option C), and features optional no-charge center-opening doors that add both functionality and an elegant touch to your kitchen setup.
