
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides that offer durability and a modern look. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows the entire range to be quickly and safely powered down, and a factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas flow. Open top burners operate with a standing pilot, while oven bases benefit from battery spark ignition for ease of use.
This configuration includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners feature a port arrangement engineered to distribute the flame evenly across cookware, delivering consistent and controlled heat.
Accompanying the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, which may be positioned on either the left or right side of the unit. The griddle is made of 1/2” smooth, polished steel and includes raised sides for spill control. Operators can choose between manual or thermostatic control for greater flexibility in cooking applications.
Beneath the cooktop, the range includes two stainless steel cabinet bases for convenient storage. These cabinet compartments come with optional no-charge center-opening doors, offering additional accessibility and functionality in busy commercial kitchens.
