The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed to meet the high demands of professional kitchens. With an overall width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, the unit features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and convenience. A factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases come standard.

This configuration includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners (Burner Option 3), offering reliable performance and even flame distribution thanks to a thoughtfully engineered port arrangement. Accompanying the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, crafted from a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides for better control. The griddle is available in either manual or thermostatically controlled options and can be mounted on the left or right side.

Beneath the cooktop, this model is equipped with two convection oven bases (Model A). Each convection oven delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and operates within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Interiors are finished in porcelain enamel and measure 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans in either orientation. Each oven includes three racks with five position side rails and is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent split phase design, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A dedicated On/Off switch allows the ovens to be used in standard mode as needed.
