The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a durable and high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. It measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top. The unit is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering both a sleek look and durability. A manual gas shut-off valve is conveniently located at the front of the unit for quick access, and a factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas pressure management. Open top burners are equipped with standing pilots, while the oven bases are ignited with battery-powered spark ignition for ease of use.

This configuration includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, known for their efficient port design that ensures even flame distribution across cookware. In addition, the unit features a 36” wide griddle top with a 1/2” thick, smooth polished steel plate and raised sides. The griddle is available in both manual and thermostatically controlled versions, making it adaptable to various cooking needs.

The convection oven in this range delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and includes a standing pilot with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior is coated with porcelain enamel and measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting configurations. A high-efficiency 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor powers the convection system. This motor is designed with a permanent split phase, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when desired.

Complementing the convection oven is a standard oven rated at 45,000 BTU NAT. This oven also features a standing pilot and shares the same thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior is porcelain enamel and measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep. It accommodates full-size pans in either orientation and includes one rack with two-position side rails.
