
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is built for high-performance commercial kitchens that demand both power and precision. With a 60-3/4” wide frame and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space and easy access to its cooking surface. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides and featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail, it provides durability and easy maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety, while the factory-installed regulator guarantees consistent gas pressure throughout the unit. For reliable ignition, the range includes standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) features (5) star/saute’ burners in the front and (5) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering versatility and the capacity to handle multiple cooking tasks at once. Whether you’re searing, sautéing, or simmering, these burners provide precise heat control and efficient energy use for busy kitchen environments.
The convection oven models (A) are equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior of the oven is made of porcelain enamel, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing enough space for large pans and cookware. The unit features three racks with five position side rails, allowing for flexible cooking and baking options. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, this high-efficiency, permanent split-phase motor operates at 115V AC and includes overload protection and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch enables the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, increasing its functionality. The unit includes 2 convection oven bases, ideal for high-volume cooking in busy kitchens.
