The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built for demanding kitchen environments. With an overall width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking surface, it features a sleek and durable stainless steel front rail, front, and sides, delivering both durability and style. A factory-installed gas regulator and a front-located manual shut-off valve ensure ease of use and enhanced safety. The unit uses a standing pilot system for open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases to provide reliable startup and operation.

This model comes equipped with a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4), featuring five 33,000 BTU star/saute’ burners in the front and five standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear. This powerful 10-burner layout supports high-capacity, multi-task cooking, making it ideal for fast-paced kitchens that require flexibility and performance.

It also includes two convection oven bases (Model A), each powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT burner. These ovens are designed for precision and consistency, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors measure 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, featuring porcelain enamel finishes, three adjustable racks, and five side rail positions. Each convection oven operates with a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, ensuring efficient air circulation, quiet performance, and long-term reliability. The ovens are equipped with overload protection, permanent lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch also allows for standard oven mode when convection is not needed.

To round out its versatile design, the unit features a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), providing convenient under-range storage. Optional no-charge center-opening doors are available, offering added functionality and accessibility. This model is perfect for chefs and kitchens that require robust cooking power, high-volume efficiency, and durable construction in a single range unit.
