The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built for performance and longevity. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides for a sleek and durable finish. A manual gas shut-off is located conveniently at the front of the unit, and the range comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow. It includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases for reliable and easy operation.

This configuration includes six 33,000 BTU NAT Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1)—each a patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burner, delivering high-efficiency heat output. Additionally, a 24” charbroiler is included on either the left or right side, featuring removable cast iron grates for durability and easy cleaning.

The base includes two convection ovens (Model A), each providing 32,000 BTU NAT of cooking power with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and include three racks with five-position side rails for versatile cooking configurations. Each oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor, built for high efficiency with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the user to operate the base as a standard oven when desired.

A stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C) is also included, offering optional no-charge center-opening doors for convenient storage access. This model is an ideal choice for professional kitchens needing both power and flexibility in a compact footprint.
