With an overall width of 60-3/4 inches and a 37-inch high cooking top, this range offers generous cooking space, ideal for high-volume food prep. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, it’s built to withstand the demanding conditions of a busy restaurant while remaining easy to clean and maintain.

This model features six patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs. These non-clog burners are designed for lifetime reliability and consistent heat, making them perfect for fast-paced cooking environments. The range includes a standing pilot system for the open burners and comes with a factory-installed gas regulator for dependable, efficient performance. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off valve provides quick access for added safety and convenience.

Adding to its functionality, the unit includes a 24-inch raised griddle with manual controls and an integrated under-broiler—ideal for preparing breakfast items, sandwiches, and grilled foods with precision. A thermostatic control option is also available for greater temperature consistency across the griddle surface.

Beneath the cooking surface, two stainless steel cabinet bases provide valuable storage space for cookware, utensils, or supplies. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional cost, allowing for easy access and added convenience.
