The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier commercial gas range, designed to meet the rigorous demands of any busy kitchen. The unit is 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, offering ample space for a variety of cooking techniques. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with the stainless steel front and sides, provides both durability and easy cleaning. For enhanced safety, a front-located manual gas shut-off is included, as well as a factory-installed regulator. It features standing pilot ignition for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable operation.

The range is equipped with (6) patented, one-piece, lifetime non-clog cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas power, ideal for achieving precise heat control. A 24” wide raised griddle, available with manual control and an under broiler, is included, making it an excellent choice for searing, grilling, and other high-heat cooking. The griddle is available with either manual or thermostatic control for added flexibility.

For cooking versatility, this model includes both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D). The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven offers a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. The convection oven comes equipped with three racks with five-position side rails, a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor, and an on/off switch to allow it to operate as a standard oven if needed.

The standard oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT and also operates within the same temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). With a 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep porcelain enamel interior, this oven accommodates full-sized pans placed either way. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it versatile for baking, roasting, and holding food.
