
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed for high-performance cooking in demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows quick access to shut down the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas pressure regulation. The unit is equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, providing consistent and reliable operation.
This model includes six 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1). These patented, one-piece cast iron burners are designed to be lifetime clog-free, delivering powerful, even heat distribution. Complementing the burners is a 24” wide griddle top, available on the left or right side. The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate includes raised sides and can be configured as manual or thermostatically controlled to suit different cooking preferences.
Beneath the cooking surface, the range features two convection ovens (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. The ovens operate within a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and have porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, and is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch enables the convection base to operate as a standard oven if desired.
The range is completed with a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), which includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing convenient storage and a streamlined appearance.
