The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and side panels, ensuring a sleek look and durable construction. Safety and convenience are built in, with a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a factory-installed gas regulator. Standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases allow for reliable operation.

The cooktop includes six 33,000 BTU NAT patented non-clog cast iron burners (Burner Option 1), which are one-piece, lifetime-rated for clog-free performance and designed for heavy-duty use. Accompanying the burners is a 24” griddle top, available on the left or right side, constructed of 1/2” smooth, polished steel with raised sides to contain food and grease. The griddle is offered in either manual or thermostatic control versions, providing precise temperature management based on your kitchen’s needs.

This model comes equipped with two convection ovens (Model A) in the base. Each oven operates at 32,000 BTU NAT and features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Inside, the porcelain enamel cavity measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible baking configurations. Each oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor featuring permanent split-phase technology, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch enables each convection base to function as a standard oven if desired.
