The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust, commercial-grade gas range designed for high-volume kitchen operations. It measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking surface. Built with durability in mind, the range includes a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and side panels. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient access to shut down the entire unit, and a factory-installed regulator ensures safe and reliable gas pressure control. The open top burners are equipped with standing pilots, while battery spark ignition provides dependable startup for the oven bases.

This configuration is equipped with six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). The cast bowl design of the wavy grates enhances burner efficiency and maximizes usable surface space on the range top. Also included is a 24-inch charbroiler, positioned on the left or right side of the unit, featuring removable cast iron grates ideal for grilling meats and vegetables.

Instead of traditional oven bases, this unit includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C). These durable cabinets provide additional storage and are constructed from stainless steel to match the range. For added convenience, optional no-charge doors are available that open from the center.
