
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel construction on the front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access to control the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The range includes standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This configuration is equipped with six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners featuring wavy grates (Burner Option 2). These cast bowl-style grates are designed for enhanced efficiency and allow full use of the entire cooking surface. Additionally, a griddle top—available on either the left or right side—features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides. The griddle comes in 24” or 36” widths and can be either manually or thermostatically controlled, depending on operational preferences.
Instead of oven bases, this model includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C), offering convenient under-range storage. These cabinets come with optional center-opening doors at no extra cost, providing easy access and added functionality in a busy kitchen environment.
