
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, offering durability and an easy-to-clean surface. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access to control the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The unit operates with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases for reliable startup and operation.
This model includes (6) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). These burners have a cast bowl design that enhances cooking efficiency and allows for the full utilization of the cooktop surface. Additionally, a 24” griddle top is featured on the left or right side, constructed from 1/2” smooth, polished steel with raised sides. The griddle is available in manual or thermostatic control options, offering flexibility for different cooking preferences and needs.
The range also comes equipped with two Standard Oven Models (D). Each oven operates at 45,000 BTU NAT, with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a standing pilot. The ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans placed in either direction. Each includes one rack with two-position side rails, providing versatile baking and roasting options.
