The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust, high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. With a spacious 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, it provides ample cooking space for high-volume meal preparation. The range features durable stainless steel construction, including a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensuring long-lasting strength and a polished, modern appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator enhance safety and operational efficiency, while standing pilot ignition for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer reliable performance.

Equipped with four non-clog burners, each providing 27,000 BTUs, this model features wavy grates with a cast bowl design to improve heat efficiency and make full use of the entire range top. The innovative design ensures easy cleaning and maximizes cooking potential. On the right side, a raised 24” griddle is available, providing a smooth cooking surface for frying, sautéing, and grilling, with manual control and an under-broiler option for versatile cooking techniques.

For additional versatility, this range includes two convection ovens, each delivering 32,000 BTUs NAT and equipped with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). These ovens are ideal for baking, roasting, and slow-cooking, offering porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep to accommodate full-size pans. Each oven comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking configurations. The convection ovens are powered by a 1/2 hp, high-efficiency motor, featuring overload protection and Class “B” insulation, ensuring reliable, energy-efficient operation.
