

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerhouse cooking solution designed for professional kitchens, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. Built to last, the unit features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, delivering both resilience and a clean, polished appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator ensure safe and efficient operation. Standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases allow for easy ignition and dependable performance.
Equipped with (4) 27K BTU non-clog burners fitted with wavy cast bowl grates (Burner Option 2), the range maximizes cooking efficiency and surface usability. A 24” raised griddle, available on the right side only, includes manual controls and features an under-broiler, ideal for versatile griddling and finishing tasks in a compact footprint.
The Standard Oven Model (D) is a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). It features a porcelain enamel interior that measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans both lengthwise and widthwise. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails to adapt to various cooking requirements.
This model is finished with a Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), offering two cabinet compartments for convenient storage. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional cost, enhancing accessibility and keeping your kitchen organized and efficient.
