
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range that combines performance and durability for high-demand kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” in width with a 37” high cooking top and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety across the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator provides consistent gas pressure for reliable operation. The open top burners come with a standing pilot light, and the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for quick and easy lighting.
The range is equipped with four 27K BTU non-clog burners that feature wavy grates (Burner Option 2), designed with a cast bowl for enhanced efficiency and to allow full use of the entire range top. On the right side, the unit includes a 24” raised griddle, which is equipped with manual control and an under-broiler for versatile cooking options.
For baking, the 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A) offers a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. Powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm, the convection oven provides excellent heat distribution and is protected with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. Additionally, an on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven for added flexibility.
For additional baking capacity, the Standard Oven Model D offers a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). This oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-sized pans in both directions. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails for optimal cooking performance.
