Equipped with four non-clog burners, each offering 27,000 BTUs, the unit features wavy grates designed with a cast bowl design for improved heat efficiency. This innovative design allows for full use of the entire range top, ensuring easy cleanup and maximizing cooking potential. The griddle top can be placed on either the left or right side and features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ideal for a variety of cooking methods. It’s available in both manual and thermostatic control options, providing chefs with flexibility to adjust the temperature to suit different cooking needs.

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also includes two convection ovens, each offering 32,000 BTUs NAT and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodates full-size pans and includes three racks with five-position side rails for maximum versatility. These high-efficiency ovens are powered by a 1/2 hp motor, featuring permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection, ensuring durability and consistent performance. With an on/off switch to allow the CO base to operate as a standard oven, this dual-convection oven system offers exceptional cooking flexibility.
