The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to offer top-tier performance for commercial kitchens. This high-quality range measures 60-3/4” in width and features a 37” high cooking top. It comes with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both durability and a polished appearance. The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) are designed for better efficiency with their cast bowl design. These grates allow for full utilization of the entire range top and are available with six 27K BTU non-clog burners. The unit ensures smooth heat distribution, making it perfect for heavy-duty cooking tasks. For added versatility, the griddle top is available on either the left or right side, with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, which is available in a 24” width. The griddle is offered with either manual or thermostatic control, catering to different cooking preferences.

For baking and roasting needs, the range includes the 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A), which features a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The convection oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking. Powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm, it boasts permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, providing additional versatility in the kitchen.

Additionally, the Standard Oven Model D is available with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, which includes a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, capable of fitting full-sized pans both ways. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, perfect for a variety of cooking needs.
