The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range built for high-performance kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability and a clean, modern appearance. Key features include a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This configuration comes equipped with Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), including (6) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. These burners are designed with a unique port arrangement that allows for an even flame distribution, ideal for consistent cooking results.

A 24” Charbroiler is also included, which can be mounted on either the left or right side of the range. It features removable cast iron grates, making it easy to clean and maintain.

The unit features two Convection Oven bases (Model A), each with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven. These ovens offer a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Inside, you’ll find three racks with five-position side rails, offering flexible pan configurations. The ovens are powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
