

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers exceptional performance and versatility in a durable, commercial-grade design. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this model features (6) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, engineered with a specialized port arrangement for even heat distribution. It also includes a 24” cast iron charbroiler, available on the left or right, ideal for grilling with consistent results.
Built for reliability, the range comes standard with a manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for the open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The unit is equipped with two 45,000 BTU NAT standard ovens, each with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Both ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting full-size pans in both orientations, and include a rack with adjustable side rails.
Finished in stainless steel front and sides with a 4” front rail, this range delivers powerful cooking performance and a clean, professional look for any high-volume kitchen.
