
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series combines rugged durability with high-performance features for commercial kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail as well as stainless steel front and sides for both strength and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator ensure precise control, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee reliability and ease of use.
This range features (6) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners (Burner Option 3), designed for efficient heat distribution thanks to their specialized port arrangement. These burners are perfect for even cooking across a variety of cookware.
The range also includes a 24” Charbroiler (available on either the left or right side), complete with removable cast iron grates, ideal for grilling meats and vegetables to perfection.
For baking and roasting, the two convection ovens (Model A) deliver 32,000 BTU NAT of power, with a wide temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and can hold full-sized pans in multiple orientations. The ovens include three racks with five-position side rails, and are powered by a 1/2 hp motor with permanent split phase design, lubricated ball bearings, and overload protection, with an On/Off switch for standard oven use when convection isn’t required.
The unit is built with a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C) and features optional no-charge center-opening doors, providing both practicality and a sleek, professional appearance.
