The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed for high-performance kitchens. It features a 60-3/4” wide footprint with a 37” high cooking surface, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and a polished professional look. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for easy access, a factory-installed gas regulator for consistent pressure, and a standing pilot system for the open burners. The oven bases ignite via battery spark ignition, adding reliability and ease of use.

This configuration includes six 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners are designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, delivering consistent cooking results across all burners. Accompanying the burners is a 24” charbroiler, which can be positioned on the left or right side of the range. The charbroiler features removable cast iron grates, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Beneath the cooking surface, the unit includes one standard oven base. The oven operates at 45,000 BTU NAT and features a standing pilot and a thermostat with a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep and accommodates full-size pans in both directions. It includes one rack with two-position side rails.

The unit is also equipped with a stainless steel cabinet base, offering convenient storage space for cookware or supplies. The cabinet includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center, enhancing accessibility and kitchen organization.
