The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance cooking solution designed for commercial kitchens. The range features a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top, ensuring ample workspace and durability. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides provide a sleek and easy-to-clean exterior. For safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire unit and a factory-installed regulator. The standing pilot on the open top burners ensures reliable ignition, while battery spark ignition is used for the oven bases.

The (6) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners (Burner Option 3) are designed to offer superior heat distribution with a specially engineered port arrangement, ensuring an even and consistent flame for efficient cooking.

The griddle top (available on the left or right) features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. The 24” wide griddle comes with the option of manual or thermostatic control, giving you flexibility in cooking temperatures.

The convection oven models (A) are equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven that features a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and it comes with three racks with five-position side rails for versatile cooking. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, operating at 1710 rpm, and designed for high efficiency with overload protection and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows you to use the convection oven base as a standard oven when needed.

The unit also includes a stainless steel cabinet base (Option C), with optional no-charge center-opening doors that enhance both the unit’s functionality and its aesthetic appeal.
