The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability and a clean, professional appearance. Key standard features include a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot ignition for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This configuration includes (6) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté burners (Burner Option 3), known for their even flame distribution due to a unique port arrangement. For additional cooking versatility, the unit includes a 24” wide griddle top with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate, raised sides, and your choice of manual or thermostatic controls, available on either the left or right side of the cooktop.

Below the cooking surface, this model features two Convection Oven bases (Model A). Each oven is equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT burner and offers a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, fitting full-size pans front-to-back or side-to-side. Each includes three racks with five-position side rails, and performance is supported by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection ovens to function as standard ovens when needed.
