The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” in width with a 37” high cooking top. The range is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and a stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off is included, allowing for quick access to control the entire range. It also comes with a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas pressure and reliable performance. The open top burners feature a standing pilot for dependable ignition, and the oven bases are equipped with a battery spark ignition system for easy startup.

The range is equipped with six 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners feature a port arrangement that ensures an even distribution of flame across the cooking surface, providing better heat control and more consistent cooking results.

For added versatility, the range includes a raised griddle that is available on the right side only. The 24” griddle is manually controlled and comes with an under broiler, allowing for both griddling and broiling in one location. This feature offers flexibility for a variety of cooking techniques.

The unit also includes a stainless steel cabinet base, providing a strong and stable foundation for the range. Optional no-charge doors, which open from the center, enhance accessibility and storage options. Additionally, this model comes with two cabinet bases, allowing for ample storage space to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
