The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range built for high-performance kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, it features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting quality and a polished look. Key standard features include a front-located manual gas shut-off, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This model is equipped with (6) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté burners (Burner Option 3). These burners utilize a unique port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, providing consistent heat across cookware. On the right side, a 24” raised griddle with manual controls and an under broiler adds versatility, making it ideal for high-heat searing and broiling.

The unit features two Convection Oven bases (Model A), each powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT burner. These ovens offer a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and interiors finished in porcelain enamel measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails. Performance is driven by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to be used as a standard oven when needed.
