
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series combines powerful performance and practical design for demanding commercial kitchens. This 60-3/4” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking surface, a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring long-term durability and ease of cleaning. It includes (6) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, known for their reliable performance and flame distribution, ideal for consistent high-output cooking.
Complementing the burners is a 24” raised griddle on the right, designed with manual controls and a built-in under broiler, providing added versatility for grilling and finishing dishes. The raised configuration also maximizes usable space on the cooktop.
This model includes two standard ovens, each rated at 45,000 BTU NAT, with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Both ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans placed in either direction. Each oven includes one rack and two-position side rails, offering flexibility for various baking and roasting needs.
With essential features such as a manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for burners, and battery spark ignition for ovens, this range delivers dependable, high-performance cooking in a professional kitchen setting.
