The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel construction on both the front and sides, providing a sleek and durable design suitable for heavy-duty kitchen environments. The unit is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off valve for the entire range, along with a factory-installed regulator for added convenience and safety. Open top burners operate with a standing pilot, while the oven bases are ignited using battery spark ignition.

This configuration includes six 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners offer powerful heat output with a port arrangement specifically designed for even flame distribution, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking. To the right of the burner setup is a 24” raised griddle. This raised griddle is manually controlled and comes with an under broiler, offering additional versatility for grilling or searing tasks.

The unit includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, equipped with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, and comes with three racks supported by five-position side rails. It is powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor, which is a high-efficiency, permanent split phase motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The convection oven includes an On/Off switch that allows it to function as a standard oven if desired.

In addition to the convection oven, the unit includes a standard oven rated at 45,000 BTU NAT. This oven also features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior that measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep. It accommodates full-size pans in either orientation and includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for flexible baking and roasting options.
