
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for high-performance cooking. It measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top. The unit includes a 4” stainless steel front rail along with a stainless steel front and sides, providing both durability and a sleek appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows quick access to shut down the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. Open top burners feature a reliable standing pilot, while the oven bases are equipped with a battery spark ignition system for added convenience.
This model includes six 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners are specifically designed with a port arrangement that allows for even flame distribution, supporting precise and consistent cooking performance.
To complement the burners, the range is fitted with a 24” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side. The griddle features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, providing a high-quality cooking surface ideal for a variety of foods. The griddle is available in either manual or thermostatic control, allowing chefs to choose their preferred heat management method.
Below the cooking surface, the unit features two stainless steel cabinet bases, offering ample storage space. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center are also available, enhancing accessibility and utility in a busy kitchen environment.
