Designed for flexibility and safety, the range includes two front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves for quick access and a factory-installed gas regulator for steady, efficient fuel delivery. Four removable, heavy-duty cast iron grates provide strong support, with rear grates accommodating stock pots up to 14 inches in diameter. The standing pilot ignition system powers the open burners, while the oven bases use battery spark ignition for consistent and reliable operation.

This model features a high-capacity 10-burner configuration, combining four heavy-duty Pyromax burners in the rear with six standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front. This configuration offers outstanding cooking power and multitasking capabilities, making it ideal for kitchens with complex menus and high throughput. Whether searing, boiling, or sautéing, this setup gives chefs the control and heat output needed to handle a wide variety of dishes simultaneously.

Beneath the cooktop, the unit includes two standard oven bases, each offering 45,000 BTUs and a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors that measure 14 inches high by 26 inches wide by 26.5 inches deep—sized to fit full-size pans in either direction.
